Shipping Policy

No Shipping Required

All our services are digital and event-based. As such, there are no physical products to be shipped. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive access to the event details or digital content through the provided communication channels.


Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our services, all purchases made on The Fun Burrow are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an event ticket or digital service is purchased, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of plans or personal circumstances.

  • Failure to attend an event.

  • Dissatisfaction with the event experience.

Event Cancellations or Changes

In the rare case that an event is canceled or rescheduled by The Fun Burrow, we will provide appropriate options, which may include rescheduling, credit toward a future event, or other alternatives at our discretion.
